Shipping & Delivery
Every effort is made to ensure that goods ordered from Pendle Stitches are dispatched within seven working days. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to dispatch your goods within seven working days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
All orders are delivered by 2nd class post by Royal Mail.
Privacy & Security
Pendle Stitches and pendlestitch.co.uk do not disclose customer information to third parties.
Payment is made via Pay Pal therefore credit/debit card details are not held on our website.
Returns & Replacements
In accordance to the Sale of Goods Act Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel your order any time from the moment you place it, up to seven working days from the day after you receive the goods even if the goods are not faulty and claim a full refund if the goods you ordered are not delivered or provided within thirty days.
In addition, if you are not happy with your purchase from pendlestitch.co.uk you have fourteen days from the day you receive your order to return the items back to us. This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer is responsible for any postage costs.
Please be aware that pattern leaflets and booklets are non refundable.
All returns are required to be accompanied with a covering letter/email and a copy of invoice or receipt.
Any items returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Items found to have been used will not be replaced or credited unless faulty.
A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods.
We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error by Pendle Stitches or if the goods are faulty.
Browse the website and add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on ‘checkout’ and you will then be able to make payment via Pay Pal.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order acknowledgement by email, if you have provided a valid email address at the time of placing your order. Please note that this email is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us. You will receive another email once your order is dispatched. We do not send paper receipts with orders. We like trees 🙂
Orders placed cannot be amended, however if you contact firstname.lastname@example.org we may be able to make changes providing your order has not been dispatched.
